Serial worked with my 8.0.164 trial version. I recommend just getting the text file because it will be faster and safer. The trial version you can get on the official AVG site free.avg.com

how do you get just the serials??

Serials are no longer good, I keep getting a window that says "You are using a pirated version of avg. and I`m no longer protected." To good to be true mates!!!
