I managed to get the lower res audio out of it, but how do I get the 24/96 stuff? None of the .mlp decoders I've found work - eac3to can't detect the file format of the ripped .mlp files, and foo_input_dvda, shaplay etc don't work either.

The Best way to be able to play the H-Res tracks on your computer is to mount the ISO and then Rip the tracks to FLAC using DVD-Audio Extractor. (I am sure there are others but I have been using this one for awhile with great success.
