If you are using OS X Lion (10.7), you must download Alias Automotive SP1 from the AutoDesk website:
Not sure yet if it will work with the included patch but will update when I know.

Don't bother downloading. Alias Automotive 2013 is out. Only SP1 will run on Lion and there is no crack for it.
Do yourself a favour. Go elsewhere and get 2013.
