Thanks for your Upload Strannig!Unfortunately the DVD A part is encrypted and won't be playable (nowhere). This can't be done without the physical disc.
@ the uploader: If you possess the physical disc please use a tool such as the dvd-a explorer to conduct the rip which could be found here:

There is also a users manual included.
@the others: the VIDEO DVD is playable but it only contains an ATSC (ac3) 6 channel Track with inferior quality - but this works.
