However, I can't sync the bloody audio when burning to DVD, even though it plays fine in VLC...

Just like the description says, the audio is out of sync, and resyncing it is a mess. Sorry, but after a long download in vain, I can't recommend this.

Maybe it's a HDTV rip. Some movies are available as HDTV rips before released as HD.
