yes English , if you did not succed in previous Kaspersky uploads ...it means you done something wrong as i try and test stuff before uploads.
Before instaling any new versions you have to completly uninstal older versions AND clean your computer with either youruninstaler one click optimizer or even by using kaspersky remove tools ( ) or ( ) then after a complet cleaning of computer ; + reboots of course.
INFOS on HOW TO are into a TXT file in the Patch folder .

Does this include a patch for Small Office Security? The file list ("9") seems to have a patch only for K internet security 2011. If not, is a small office patch coming from you soon?
