I got this torrent to work in Windows 2000 with SP4. Just install and then replace everything from Medicine folder over the installed files. You then need to set your system clock to after july 2008 and before januari 2009. That is only date span the license is valid for. Then run /drivers/install.bat to install the dongle drivers. Then run the SENTEMU.exe from the crack folder. I have to run the crack file every time I restart the system because it gets resetted.
