Description:

List of files: acronis.iso - Acronis Boot CD for universal backup and restore setup.exe - Acronis TrueImage Server 9.1.0.3677 keygen.exe - generates a serial number for any version of Acronis acronis-serial.txt - some pregenerated serial for different versions of Acronis. Tested working, Virus/Spyware Free. For those who don't know: Acronis is a backup program that will allow you to backup to a Network Attached Storage (NAS), hard drive, FTP server, CD's, DVD's etc. You can also restore from any of those locations. It saves the files as a .tib extension. This is excellent compression.

I'm seeding with a fast connection.

Idolsys (2009-02-01)

aVast reports Win32.Agent-ABHW[Tri] in Acronisk.exe, the Keygen.

Idolsys (2009-02-01)

Sorry it's firing off on all the keygens that are inside the iso in the Keygen Dir.
Win32.Delf-LCQ
Win32.Trojan-gen
Win32.Agent-ABHW
I know there are false positives but until you test these yourself I would be careful.

godshelp (2009-02-02)

For the ultra paranoid, there are pre-generated keys included in acronis-serial.txt. Simply don't download the keygen.
That being said, I've have tested this and it is working. Spyware and virus free (as noted in the description). It is true some antivirus programs flags the keygen but it is a false positive.
Feel free to use wireshark to analyze the network traffic, You'll find this app doesn't make any attempt to connect to any servers on the internet.
Enjoy.

After installation it tells you to restart your PC. So I did and Windows would not boot up, stating it had a critical driver error, not even safe mode would do it. Thankfully my original Windows disk was able to repair the issue without formatting.
Whether this is a virus or not, it almost fucked up my PC. I do not recommend downloading this!

Though the setup.exe file did not work for me, I will state that the boot disk, once it was burned and I tried it, worked great (at least the part that I used which was TrueImage Workstation).

Sheboink (2010-06-14)

Same results as transpar3nt - reboot after installation revealed a clobbered PCI subsystem. Even recovery only produced a "limping" system which I'm now having to rebuild from scratch.
DEFINITELY, DO NOT install from the SETUP programme - your computer WILL be screwed.
Incidentally, after reading a large number of reviews and user reports, I'm beginning to wonder whether even a genuine copy of the software would be safe to use?

The real false positive is this: Smart people depend on antivirus and Wise people don't; Smart people freak out on virus alerts; Wise people, well, simply know what they're doing to not infect or crash their system.
In any case, this one works and the ISO is perfect.

transpar3nt,Sheboink thank you very much
there are many back up apps but in my opinion there is one in every windows operating system and it is safe to use.
