This is an excellent Thinstalled app. It may be old but it is still a very good tool. Multichannel WAV import and export You can now import WAV files with more than 2 channels as a series of mono WAVs. I am an old cooledit user from 2001...
This one works better than the ones I used back then! Waves plugs work great and cooledit still has THE BEST click/popfilter plugin I have ever used:)
Glad to have this back in the old arsenal. Mad props for putting it up :)

Have used CoolEdit for a shit-load of years. Once you suss out how to adjust the default settings, to your own preferences, the better the results, and that's without downloading someone elses custom plug-ins. Still the best editing prog going, for mp3s, wavs, flac, ogg and even ripping video audio.#1.
