The pre calculus / calculus is not installing, help!

Lousy program. I installed the Calculus version, but when I try to run it via CD, Avast detected it as a suspicious program.
I restored the file, and ran it again... only this time, Windows itself (NOT the firewall) blocked my entry, saying that it was "a virus".
So, in order to use Calculus, I need to install Calculus, instead of going into the CD's directory and activating the application file.
