64-BIT FIX - GTA IV: Episodes From Liberty City Crack + .Reg

I MADE A SILLY MISTAKE IN THE EDIT OF THE .REG FILE LOL. its not harmful or anything but the crack simply won't work! Im very sorry for the inconvenience!

to mods: this is a crack for gta eflc uploaded by another user, mbb15, with a .reg file along with it for the install. to work with 64-bit systems you had to edit the .reg file slightly in notepad.
So i thought id do it for people but i forgot to edit a part off the .reg file so it wont work.
im very very sorry for the inconvenience and my dumb mistake.
