First of all, MKV is only a container. Meaning, it's like a box, with video and audio inside it. How you use what is inside the box greatly depends on what is inside it. I used MKV because of how easy it is to include multiple audio tracks. Trying to use MP4 presented great difficulty. How do i play these?! As mentioned above, these videos are MKV contained x264 video and AAC audio. Now how you play them is up to you. Option 1: I personally use KMplayer, its cool looking, and plays almost any codec out there with no other filters or downloads. Much like VLC, except it looks cool. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/kmplayer.htm Option 2: Install VLC, which plays almost anything. http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html Option 3: Install ffdshow mpeg-4 decoder and haali splitter, that combo will let you play these in windows media player. Downside is that you can't switch audio tracks. http://www.free-codecs.com/download/FFDShow.htm http://www.free-codecs.com/download/Haali_Matroska_Splitter.htm I dont use windows, i use mac OSX! Well, ok, good for you. Go buy the dvd's then. j/k, you have options too... Option 1: Install VLC....lets you switch audio tracks.
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-macosx.html
Option 2: Or if you are obsessed with mac programs as many mac enthusiest are, you can install a quicktime component called perian. It will allow you to play MKV along with other containers/codecs natively in quicktime. Downside is again...that you can't switch audio tracks. http://perian.org/#download If you use linux, then you should well know how to encode video, and don't need help. How do i switch audio tracks to listen to the commentary track? Well in windows media player, and quicktime, you can't. KMplayer: Right click anywhere on the video>Audio>Stream Selection>then select track Alternatively, if you can remember it, ctrl+X will switch through audio tracks. VLC: Audio>Audio Track>Track 2

Just thought i would mention, the .txt file has all this text from the description, episode content. Also has r4pid$hare links in it. They are a little old now, but the ones i tried work still. Couldn't test them all.

Catrambi (2008-11-30)

I'd just thought I should give you a HUGE thanks for this. Great quality, no bullshit, just Chappelle. By far the best and most extensive Chappelle torrent I've ever found on the internet. Loving it.

woomy (2008-12-02)

seed please thanks a lot

Catrambi (2008-12-08)

Wait, I'm confused. Is this missing a couple of music performances? For example, Kweli en S01E03 and Busta in S01E04 don't seem to be included, among others. Why?

CountX (2008-12-08)

IF there is stuff missing from the eps, its not cause of me. I took this from my dvd collection. So it is as it was on dvd.

Catrambi (2008-12-10)

Could it be a copyright problem? I have no idea. It's ashame, anyways. Some of the episodes are only about 17 minutes and are obviously missing something. I checked it out on the internet and it seems like they've cut out a lot of musical performances.

CountX (2009-01-02)

Well, i wasn't much a fan of the musical performances anyway. kinda seems like a cheap way to kill 4 mins.
At least all the dvd extras kinda make up for it. Plus the show is effing hilarious, so being short as it is, its good laugh for your time.

kingVader (2009-01-21)

If you buy the DVD it says that not all the musical performances are included. I think its something to do with buying the rights to the songs or something, so other than that you're not missing anything else on the DVD's - I own both seasons so I know.

gemineye674 (2009-03-16)

Episode 6 on season 1 is cut short after the 2nd bit.

TheGeekinator (2013-10-10)

Much thanks to 'CountX' for the absolutely stellar compiled and encoded upload ... the whole package!
Regarding previous msg post by 'gemineye674': If S01-E06 was "cut off" in your version of download back in 2009, it apparently has been corrected ... no such problem now.
