Welcome! This is a complete package of Garmin Mobile XT with Europe NT V9 maps. Broght to you by Restrected. It includes installation files for any mobile platform, maps for the pc that are transfered to the mobile device, and all the cracks necesery. Thanks to whoever created those cracks. I gathered all the files necesery, tested them, made sure they work, repacked them properly so you dont have to search everywhere for a file needed and wrote the instructions step by step for the installation proccess. Can someone explain few parts of the installation process please?
After installing "Mapsource" there is a step in the instalation where it says press net to enter the activation codes for the software, after pressing that it somehow blocks and it is skipped, guess thats fine, I create the Mapsource.exe shortcut on the desktop
(interesting it says to go in the folder mapsource, there isnt any mapsource folder, but the file mapsource.exe is in the garmin folder)
After creating the shortcut, I run the ALL.bat file
and a window only pops up for few seckonds and closes (the black background with the white text) I dont have to wait or press enter or anything as the manual says.
after that i installed the maps on the SD card and
than in the phone, the maps screen is there....
Tried to run the mapsource.exe shortcut after synchronization, but is says "there is a problem with the MapSource registry. Please re-install MapSource and start it again.
Which I did and before that restarted the PC, but no good
So, maybe someone can explain theese steps in detail, or any help would be great, I am using Vista if it makes any difference. Maybe someone that installed this on Vista can share the experience.

you have the 2008 maps in the torrent you show, but they are not as detailed or cover all of europe like this maps do. do your reasearch beffore you go braging.

pisibe, sorry, i got caried away.
listen, after you install the mapsource, do not start it up. just install it somewhere in your computer.
dont start it up, just run the all.bat, then you can start it up. try that and tell me what hapeneds.
ps, make sure it installs in the deffault folder

when it sais 0 for unit id, just plug the card in some card reader and repeat the process. hope this works although i have not tried it myself.
the other option is:
run garmin in your phone, skip everything untill you are at the main page
click menu, settings, and go to the about button and click that. it should give you some numbers there.
get the one that is 10 digits long, and has some kind of ID in the name decription. normaly is the bottom most.
never use the imei!
hope this helps, if nothing else works, try the imei converter that shareall is talking about.

Sorry to bother you again, but is there any ways to have 2 map sets on the same card? I want to use my N82 for navigation with streetmaps and for hunting using topographic maps. For now I have solved this by having 2 memory cards, but if there is a way of having both the map sets on one card it would really be nice.

works fine on the smartphone.... except I do not get the icon MapInstall on the desktop... so I tried going into the Mapsource to transfer the maps, but it can not see that my phone is connected to the pc... Something I did wrong?

Thanks Restrected! Confirmed - this one works perfect on Nuvi 200 and 350. I used the map ID 197, like you said, used Jetmouse and loaded a 1.22 GB file for my SD card.
Q: I can't find the info which is newer/better ver. map: Europe NT v.9 or Europe City Navigator 2008?

adonis, you need to have the sync software for your phone runing when trying to do that.
if it is a windows mobile phone, you need microsoft activesync, if it is another kind, just make sure that the sync software for your phone is conected and sees the phone, then that garmin sofware will see the phone.
if you have a card reader in your computer, use that, is much faster and you dont need the sync program to be runing.

Ok, for you BJII people Listen up. For some reason Restrected included the Garmin Mobile XT Version 4.10.00ws the 2005 version. It took me a few hours of trying to get 4.10.00 to work when I noticed I was going backwards to 2005.
You need to get the 4.10.40w it is the 2007 version from this torrent that the complete torrent works on the BJII and install both files as instructed if you use this torrent add the all.bat program from this torrent to the step before you open MapSource for the first time and the 2008 maps will work.
To use the 2009 maps here just follow the instructions here in this torrent when it talks about MapSource. Then you can use 2009 maps provided here. You might also want to get the update from Garmin for MapSource, it is free and this is the link to bring MapSource to version 6.13.7.

i dont know what to tell you.
this version of garmin will not alow you to browse maps without a valid gps signal. i dont know why, so i dont recomend it for what you need it for.
i am sure there are maping softwares out there that dont need a gps, i will see if i can find any and i will upload it if i do.

Thanks a lot for the torrent. It works perfectly on my HTC touch cruise.
I am trying to install the NT maps for mexico and North America. The north american maps work fine when I follow the instructions. I don't know how to unlock the mexican maps tho. I have the map ID for the mexican maps and am able to get the map unlock code, but I don't know how it should be pasted on the "GMAPSUPP.UNL" file, if it all. Can you help?

normaly, if you have more maps than 1, you just paste the codes generated in a new line in the same file.
so for mexico, just paste the code it generates in the same file but in the second line.
try using all.bat (included) it is supposed to unlock all maps and they will be unlocked even after you send them to your phone without having to use the keyget for a code at all for the map.
try both ways (start with the all.bat) and if that tells you it cant unlock maps, create a code with the keygen and copy it in the second like of the key file for maps.
let me know if either way work, so i know for feature reference.

i will inlcude 2 torrents.
one will have everything, the other one only the installation files.
the installation files are helpfull for those of you who have already installed one of my torrents and just want to update to the lattest maping software, since the newer software is faster in drowing maps.
for those of you using europe maps, you should only get the installation files and update the mobile device.
have your mobile device conected and run the file instructed by the instruction.txt file.

I downloaded this torrent, and installed it as the manual said. But when I try to find my Unit ID, I can't see it in the about menu, nor in the mapsource program. I tried it trough nokia PC suite, and trough my cardreader. Is this an known problem?? and is there any solution?? (btw, the .bat for cracking the maps works great XD)

The instructions in this release are pretty useless since it seems they are written for a older version of this software.
When you are at the point where you have to find your Card ID, go to your device and tap about. Here you will find the ID.
To transfer maps, you have to click and drag over the maps at the right side. If you are short of space and dont want to transfer all the maps you can click on the regions that you want.
If you have a Windows Mobile device, I reccomend to use a card reader to transfer the maps and build indexes. ActiveSync just crashed when I tried myself.
With theese tips in hand you too should make it. I works perfect with my HTC TyTN II.

i think i wrote something wrong that everyone is geting stuck in the same spot with the same problem. I WILL LOOK INTO THAT.
just give me 2 days, and i will upload a new torrent with the new installation files and new instructions.
DO NOT DELETE THE MAPS, since i am not going to include those, they work, is the software and gps crack that is not working, so the new torrent will only be the installation files for the mobile. mapsource and maps are fine.

Just installed on HTC Touch Cruise. Worked all fine - except for 2 things:
- The Mapinstall didn't seem to be incl. Downloaded it from Garmin HP and all is working fine now.
- Had some problems finding the unit ID as others described. Followed Restrected's advice and found it under "About" on the mobile device.

well, this is for everyone. mapsource is included, but it does not create a shortcut to the desktop. if you installed the maps in the computer as the instructions sais, you just have to go to where you installed the maps in the computer, find the folder mapsource, open it, and create a shortcut to the desktop.
sgrobinson, if you installed it in a memory card, rather than the phone itself, just take the card out. format it. plug the card in the computer's card reader, or get a usb card reader and plug it in. format, run the mobile installation file (get the lattest ones, the lattest torrent i have uploaded), and when it askes, just select the memory card in your computer as the installation destination. run mapsource and get unit id from there. if it does not work, just plug the card in the phone, and when it asks if you want to install garmin on the phone, click yes, run garmin, and go the settings, about and copy donw unit id.

Since I can only install Garmin on the internal memory, and not on a memory card so I cannot install it again and do as restrected described. Okay my comments are beginning to get kind of useless, I'm sorry. Again I found the solution: I thought I had installed Garmin with the file from the new torrent but appently I used the old installation program. Now in 'about' the UnitID is visible. All good, I'm now transferring maps to my phone.

I had the same problem with the card id.
Solution is to start the garmin software in your mobile and go to menu>settings>#>info and there it lays.
Sorry, I aint sure if those words are correct in english version. My software is in finnish and i didnt bother to change the language.

Guys I have a problem with the 25 character unlock code for the map unlocker.
I used the the keygenerator and those codes didn't work but I also used the code in the mapsource map but that one didn't work either. It does work for the map source program on the computer but on the phone it does noet work... what am I doing wrong???

I have problem geting unit id on Samsung I780. From MapSource I get unit id = 0. I installed Garmin XT and tried to go on Garmin website for the trial version but cant connect to Garmin server. I have Internet working with my device on HSDPA (Vodafone Romania).

I got the program running on my samsung omnia and everything is fine so far, the problems start when i try to transfer the maps to my phone. I get this error message then mapsource shuts down:

hi bobbe, my problem was that i put the 2 files , ws and gmapsupp that you find in map, maps and gps crak, (after i replace the good serial over the old one,) in the wrong "garmin" map on my mobile phone,if you look good you wil see 2 garmin maps in yous phone memory or sd card in my case i used the internal memory,so i replace the 2 files also in the other garmin map , restart my garmin xt prog, and than it works, than you can select the com port , on my omnia the com port for gps is com 3, i also dowloaded a prog that cals gpsgate 2.6 but i think that you dont need it, on my phone it was installed before i put de garmin software on, so i cant say if it works without this prog,, maybe is is this a answer to your problem to,,, and if it not works try to do it again, an read step by step, dont forget or skip anny step, good luuk

I looked on the Garmin site, and saw that this works on n95, but says nothing about n82 (which i think has the same operating system). When I put the card in the n82 nothing happens, and when I try to run "garmin mobile xt .exe" i get "unable to open file type not supported". But i saw elsewhere people installing this on to n73 - does this deffo not work on n82?

I try to instal this navigation softwhere to my phone. Problem is Get your id... Phone is nokia N95 8gb.
It cant use data transfer connektion becouse other application is using masstorage (garmin). Then i try start garmin from my mobile phone settings->about: it says connect gps.

I try to connect gps-> garmin puts bluetooth on and try to find external bluetooth which i dont have.

Hi...First of all I want to say thank you for what you are doing. And I also want to thank you the rest of you for seeding and trying to help in any way you can.
having said that I am having a few problems. I am trying to install it to my N95 and the first problem I encountered is that when I installed the program into my pc. After finishing the installation the program didnt add "Map Installer " into the desktop or anywhere else. And it also asked me to activate the Garmin GPS. Anyways I just closed that part and continued with the rest and it went fine until I got to Number 16. It cant find my GPS and yes my bluetooth is enabled. Now I cant even install the maps cause I dont have the mapinstaller icon.
I have reinstalled the program on my pc with the same result.
Can anyone please help me...

I solved everything. it seems that restrected dident included the install program for mapinstall.
fist of all the internal gps. to get this working you need to see your id code. I downloaded the newer version of restrected i installed the sybiam s60 on my nokia n95 8gb
after finishing i went to settings, than about and in here i could see the id code.
now you can proceed the instructions of restrected to use the crack for the internal gps. to get the mapinstall programm. you can just donwload it from garmin website for free and after you got your gps working, than you can use the mapinstall and choose the maps that you want on your mobile.

First of all, thanks Restrected for posting this.
I followed all of the instructions to the letter, TWICE (after formatting inbetween), and I also read through all of the posts. I am having a problem that I haven't see precisely reproduced.
I have a Nokia E51 with a Qstarz Bluetooth GPS.
I could not get the unit ID. The map tool told me it was zero, and the About box in Garmin XT told me , which I cannot seem to do. So I used a tool "IMEI to UnitID Converter v1.0" by Jetmouse to convert my IMEI # to the garmin unit id #.
I followed the rest of the instructions for SW.UNL and GMAPSUPP.UNL and placed them in my Garmin directory off the root of the SD card.
When I launch Garmin, I cannot seem to find the GPS. I have gone to the top left, where I see the scroll that has a red circle with a slash through it. I click on that, and that only thing I get is some to pair a new GPS. From there, I am stuck. I cannot seem to pair the GPS. (even though my GPS is already paired to the telephone)
Can someone help?

I think I managed to install Europe NT v9, but I would like to ask how can I add other maps like Adria Rute and SCG?
I have those maps for my Garmin Nuvi, but how can I add them in my mobile phone? Do I follow steps from 8 till the end from ur instructions? How can I add new maps and not to loose Europe NT v9?

SOLVED!!!!! I have Palm Treo 680... I follow user guide present in the package but navigator don't find my external bluetooth GPS... version of software in this package (4.x) don't show Unit ID... I find the problem after many tests... required an update of software on smartphone (from 4.x to 5.x)...

:o) Works on Nokia E71 with:
Two maps:
Install the first mapset to your device using Mapsource. Once this is installed on your card, using active sync go to the Garmin folder on the storage card and rename the .img file from GMAPSUPP.img to GMAPSUP2.img. ** Notice that the name is still only 8 characters long **
This will work only if you copy two different maps, witch were unlocked with one and same map unlock code! If you have two different maps with two unlock codes - you should rename also GMAPSUP2.UNL file to have two working maps.

Bander007: I have a Nokia N85 and i solved my installation-problems by downloading the latest update from Garmin and install it over the 4.xxx version. You need to run the .sis-file in the root of your card from your phone to complete the update, then it should work just fine...

I have the same problem as pisibe...Tried to run the mapsource.exe shortcut after synchronization, but is says "there is a problem with the MapSource registry. Please re-install MapSource and start it again.
I followed your instructions and runned the all.bat, but still nothing. Can not start the mapsource and finish the instalation. Hope you can help and find out where is the problem.

Yeah...your instructions are off. There is no folder named Mapsource in c:/garmin. There is an mapsource.exe in c:/garmin, but saying "DO NOT SKIP A SINGLE SENTENCE!" in the instructions is pretty silly when they're incorrect.

after installin on my pda all works fine except that i only seem to have the mainroads on the gps but on my pc in mapsource i see the more detailed and litle roads i have before never used garmin so must i download detailed maps or something so i can use my gps

I have followed your instructions carefully, and i have installed garmin on my Windows mobile phone (Xperia x1). In the main menu in garmin i have the green bars in the left upper corner.
But i have a problem with installing the maps, in step 1a, it says that a new icon is suppose to appear at the desktop. I dont have any icon or file named MapsInstall.
What have a done wrong?

Thanks for the great torrent here's how i got it to work on my Omnia
Most of the instructions here were followed but here's a basis of the problems I got.
No Mapinstall on Desktop so i downloaded from garmin
No Product ID so downlaoded IMEI converter to get the product ID. This showed 17 Digit Imei which Windows Mobiles sometimes do apparently. Just enter the 1st 15 digits.
Put that code into the Keygen and got my codes fine.
Then I went to garmin site and got the updates for basemap and the application. This brought the graphics right upto date.
My External GPS settings are
GPS Program Port 3
Hardware Com 9
Baud 4800
This works fine for me
Then i went to Mapinstall and installed the UK Maps except Scotland because I never go there.
Tested it and everything works great.
Now I am looking to add Thailand Maps and install them but having no joy so far because they aren't included in the Mapsource Crack. But as in the other problems I overcame Google is your friend.
All the programs I downloaded are easily found in google.
