I have tested it on W7 Ultimate and the suggestion is here:
-install,
-crack it (overwrite exe file)
-start the program but DO NOT UPDATE when asked or serial wont work
-enter the serial/registration number
-never run live update 'cause will ask you for serial again and wont accept the provided one.
When I've scanned without serial it will find a few driver to be updated.
When registered the shit wont find any needed driver because they think they've got the money. Not in our case. Fucken capitalist - FUCK them GLOBALLY.

I'v tried most of the so called BEST, but always revert back to the free "DRIVER MAX" this gives positive updates not like this program and others that show "OBSOLETE DRIVER UPDATES"
