Rise Against - Appeal To Reason - FLAC

Well I bought the new Rise Against CD so I ripped it into FLAC and now it is here, ready to be spread among the internet. I am missing the bonus track Elective Amnesia (only obtained from iTunes...which I couldnt find and I wont pay to donwnload) and the track Historia Calamitatum is not in FLAC, but it is still 320 kbps mp3. This is a re-seed of the original which stopped seeding because I tagged it after I started uploading.

Why is Historia Calamitatum not in FLAC? ...Why would you rip to FLAC for all but one track?

Historia Calamatatum isnt in FLAC because the CD I ripped the album from was the American version that didnt come with any bonus tracks.

could you recommend a good FLAC converter?
all the ones i found have viruses. it just needs to be converted to a lossles that itunes can understand. Thnx
