ORBITER - Space Flight Simulator

ORBITER is a free flight simulator that goes beyond the confines of Earth\\\\\\\'s atmosphere. Launch the Space Shuttle from Kennedy Space Center to deploy a satellite, rendezvous with the International Space Station or take the futuristic Delta-glider for a tour through the solar system - the choice is yours. But make no mistake - ORBITER is not a space shooter. The emphasis is firmly on realism, and the learning curve can be steep. Be prepared to invest some time and effort to brush up on your orbital mechanics background. Good starting points are JPL\\\\\\\'s Basics of Space Flight, and R. the thing with this games low seeding is that either almost no ppl know the game and/or no1 seeds and/or no1 downloads it from pb, the version isn't too new either... and I don't think there is any later version

Attention! There is a HUGE community online for this FREEWARE simulation! If youre looking for a "space shooter" this ain't it. If you want to play the most realistic space flight sim that has ever existed on any platform a good place to start is wikipedia or here:

There are THOUSANDS of good, user-created addons available totally for free including most any fictional, concept or actual spacecraft or planet. WARNING! INCREDIBLY REALISTIC! A novice should be prepared to dedicate substantial time to learning about orbital mechanics and the like. You're not simply going to blast off, aim the pointy end at the moon, and hit the gas! Youll be out of fuel without having ever even gotten CLOSE! HAHAHA! HAve fun!
