It finally came out. As expected, 4Kids put "Ninja Tribunal" (final episode of Season 4) on Season 5 DVD. But since it officially belongs to Season 4, i dubbed it "Season 5 Episode 00". That should do. And if you're looking for Episode 06 - stop. There isn't any, as it was never produced. There's synopsis for this episode on ninjaturtles.com, see for yourself. I've changed the container format to MKV and changed naming scheme too. Hope you'll like it. And no, there isn't any non-English audio tracks. It's plain and simple DVDrip. But each episode is ~160 MiB instead of full 175 MiB. Why? Because i left some space for additional audio track. So, if you find translated audio for these episodes - feel free to encode it, mux it and redistribute this season in your country (and beyond). If you're interested in muxing your own audio tracks into this release, here's the filesize limits for each track (assuming you're using raw aac's):
Episode 0 - 16448011 bytes
Episode 1 - 16451682 bytes
Episode 2 - 16358343 bytes
Episode 3 - 16459877 bytes
Episode 4 - 16273298 bytes
Episode 5 - 16392212 bytes
Episode 7 - 16326457 bytes
Episode 8 - 16271401 bytes
Episode 9 - 16429988 bytes
Episode 10- 16342659 bytes
Episode 11- 16309681 bytes
Episode 12- 16262231 bytes
If you make any AAC file bigger than that, muxed file will exceed 175 MiB. It's ok for most people, but may cause problems with burning these on CDs for archiving (in case you didn't noticed, 175*4 = 700).

LRN, I'm using the cccpack, but for some reason the sound doesn't work...I installed the new matroska pack as well...but I am still unable to hear the sounds...what am I missing?

Audio is encoded via neroaacenc.exe
I'm not sure about CCCP pack, myself i prefer K-Lite Mega Pack (the one which comes with FFDShow). In fact, FFDShow does most of the work for decoding anything i'm trying to play these days.

Season 7 is promising, because they are going back from future to good old XI century. Though after seeing all the concepts on ninjaturtles.com i'm not so sure anymore...
We'll see. I watched The Spectacular Spider-Man and enjoyed it (it has the same wicked animation style as Season 7 will).

Try FFmpeg.
It should look like: ffmpeg.exe -i -acodec libmp3lame -ab 128k -codec xvid -b 1000k s05e00.avi
You should read the manuals, or ask in forums (Doom9.org is a good place to start) - i never really tried to do video conversions in FFmpeg.
