O melhor filme de Clouzot ( "As Diabólicas") . Yves Montand nunca esteve melhor (assim como o resto do elenco, especialmente o veterano Charles Vanel). It's weird... the English subtitles seem to be more or less accurate during the French dialogue, with a few imperfections... but when the characters are speaking in English the subtitles are a garbled mess. How the hell do you manage to adequately translate from one language to another but then fuck up when it comes to just writing out what they're saying in the same language that it's being said in?
