Nero won't burn from the bin and cue files on this torrent - says error in Line 1 - Is it me or the file?

It's the .cue file, point to the wron .bin file and confuses Nero. Easy to fix though. I'm glad I didn't release this, it would've been a NUKE!

1) unpack qubeso90.rar using winrar once unpacked you will have 2 files "qubeso90.bin" and "qubeso90.cue".
2)use alcohol 120 to burn "qubeso90.bin" in to a cd/dvd then you will have the installtion cd/dvd.

Someone please help...Every time I download this, the two files (after unpacking) "qubeso90.bin" and "qubeso90.cue". seem to be messed up. I can't mount eigther file and I can only burn the CUE file which from what I read is the wrong one. Once I burn though, it comes out blank. HOW DO I GET THIS TO INSTALL??

I got the error msg below:
