WTCCED File Decrypter For GTR Evolution and Race07

This nifty little tool created by Luigi Auriemma decrypts the files found in GTR Evolution, RACE07 and WTCC The Game. This is absolutely essential for those of us who want to make mods for the game. This will decrypt ANYTHING in GTR Evo and RACE07. I've tested it and it works perfectly. Command line usage is as follows.. "wtcced (input file) (output file)" For example, on my machine, if I wanted to decrypt the Vipers engine file, it would look like this: "C:>wtcced>wtcced 2008_Viper_SRT10.eng 2008_Viper_SRT10_DECRYPTED.eng" Which then executes the decryption process. I'm not sure how to make the instructions any easier for you. You literally type what I put there in order to get a decrypted viper engine file. You just apply that to any file you want decrypted, just make sure the file is in the same directory as wtcced.
