Hey lads can u help me. My game starts and all no worry. ANd can play on high grafic but only for 3 min or so then it start to lagg major its like the grafic memory is full or something ? the 3 first min is great. I change the power source to the comp and the grafic card newly do i need to do something in bios or can i have plugged in the wrong cabels inside the comp so something is wrong ? So am I the only one having problems with this one freezing on the 'loading' screen?
At first it was the first Moma mission, where u fight 3 guys, whenever I completed the mission a loading screen would come up and nothing would happen.
I started a new game and did that mission first and then it worked without that problem. So i reloaded my old savegame where I had completed other missions, and it worked all of a sudden.
NOW, i'm having the same problem where you go with the two brothers to pick up some cars that are on the back of a truck. When I get to the alley, it goes into a Loading Screen and just gets stuck there.
Frustrating as I'm pretty far into the game and don't understand why it happens randomly like that

I played this on 360. The Lost and Damned is horrible. The ballad of gay tony, by itself, is one of the best games I've ever played. For its short length, it has incredible characters, story telling voice acting and presentation. It exceeds every GTA ever made. Rockstar should be emailed and lauded with how great they made Ballad of Gay Tony. If you got the extra few bucks, send it to them.

3.Make 2 folders, GTA1 and GTA2
4.Instead of mounting the images, extract them into the folders.
5.Take the images in GTA2(NOT the folder, the IMAGES, there should be 2, data-f and data-g) and copy them to the GTA 1 folder(where all the other data files and setup and all that is.)
6.Run setup.
It wont even ask for you to insert disk 2 so you can start it and leave it as it is.

Downloaded for almost 3 days. Took 2 hours to install, but it's ok.
However, when I try to play The Ballad of Gay Tony, or the game freezes after 10 sec of game, or it freezes when I pause the game inside the car (right in the first mission "I LUV LC")
Tried to play The Lost and Damned without luck. The game freezes on the loading screen.
Certainlly I am missing something, because, as far as I saw, none had this problem before.
Any hints?

3Scroll down the long text and click on the blue hyperlink that says something like create local profile or offline
4Enter a name and you are done :)

I appreciate the effort put in to this torrent but it has some major issues. It takes about 3-4 hours to just unpack it (and completely halts up your computer) . The second disk isn\'t automatically detected by the installer and usually bugs out. guys, i resolved the unknown error 2 by luck and dat wat i did
1- right click on dvd1 and then choose extract to dvd1
2- do the samething to dvd2, and leave it as it is
3-go to dvd1 folder and begin to setup the game
4- when it asks u for dvd2, copy only the reamaining bin files to dvd1 folder and continue setup
5-play the game
for any1 that doesnt work for him, i really wish to help me and u should know that i tried everything written and nothing works, so really i wish if it helped u

I get a different error to everyone else when trying to install this:
"Runtime error 229 at 00623E07"
It pops right as the installing is supposed to begin (the progress bar is under it). I tried coping the dvds to the harddrive with no change.
Maybe it's because I'm trying to install it to a different drive other than C: (I have a SSD so no free space).
The only solutions I see seem to be either a dodgy sounding registry 'fixer' (which I'm guessing is just spyware) or getting some Microsoft Script Engine (which isn't available for download from MS right now and is supposed to be for Windows 2003, I'm on 7)

had to put in disc 2, then asked for disc 1 again, then probided a nice error saying that the file FirewallInstallHelper.dll couldn't be read.
hit ignore and then it said that b39373a31b459a4b.bin couldn't be read. hit ignore again and it popped up the same error about 20 other files.
guess a bugged install is what i get for not going with the razor release.

Mount the disk 1 first then run autoplay or(setup) then you should install it to an internal drive like Hardrive(C) or hardriveI(D).because if you installed it into an external disk it wont extract.
then when it ask for disk 2 you shoul eject first the disk 1 or (it wont recognized it) then mount the disk 2 ^^(piece of cake)then wait for the installation to finish then (tada) finish then click the icon on your dektop (the GTA ICON) then you could play ^^when you click the desktop icon the text (RAZOR) will come out..if this came oput then youyr game is working wait for it then you should play (beware the installation might take 2-5 hours.

I have major problem with that release.Somehow it wont work...I have tried to install and reinstall it with different methods several times.Problem is,that after I start application,it pops that RAZOR thing and when its gone then happens nothing.But after I investigated some more things I saw,that some programs were still running at task manager and used RAM: EFLC.exe, LaunchEFLC.exe etc.

I've played the game through completely, and it works fine. However, as mentioned before, the files have to be extracted before it works.
Extract both .iso's to their folder, copy the contents of the second image to the first one. Namely, data-f.bin and data-g.bin to where all the setup.exe and other files are.
Run setup.exe from there.
I did experience some freezing, about 2-3 times throughout the whole game. Not sure if it is the game or just my system. Regardless, this torrent worked for me using the steps above. Thanks OP.

I extracted the ISOs, put them in separate folders and then copied data-F and data-G to the first DVD folder. Then i ran setup. It goes on on for some 15 minutes then gives the following error:
Error during extraction of one or several files.
Click Retry to try again or Cancel to cancel installation.
ERROR: The system cannot find the file specified.
CODE: 2
Please help me.

Pros:
Fast Download.
Easy Install.
Cons:
30min. Install time(Slow as hell).
Quality of the game is bad, very grainy and no way to fix that as it is too compressed.
Overall, I would download one of the other torrents and skip this one. It's better to spend an extra hour or so on a different torrent if you want a perfect copy.

**Forgot to add, don't confuse what I'm saying about the grain that is supposed to be in The Lost episode as that is added by Rockstar.
Noise Filter turns that off, but it still is bad compared to a rip of the game.

The first ISO extracts fine, the real problem lies with the second ISO.
After some 20 minutes of installation, the following error message pops up:

First problem fixed, repacked the game myself in order to install correctly. Now, it needs a product key which is no where to be found. Running in to nothing but problems with this torrent, I DONT recommend using this.

it is possible that some of you buys might had bought a pirated dvd and its not working like me. if you people have the same problem as with my dvd then heres my solution. make images of both the dvd's, and compare them with this torrent. you dont have to download the whole data of 8 gb but only 60 mb's . start download with this torrent and stop at 0% immediatly. in the download location of the torrent put your DVD images. do force recheck, and you will have about 60 mb of wrong data in dvd 2. just download that much and your done.
