I don't understand how to install it? I ran setup.bat and extracted it all but at installation I must enter a serial number?

This game wil not work because the registry's are missing. That way it thinks the game isnt installed. Setup won't work either because there are no cab files.
My advice is don't download this torrent.

Dont bother downloading this torrent. Once you put the CD key or Serial Number in it askes you for the actual CD for installation.
