Ableton Live 8.2.1 portable

Ableton Live 8.2.1 Portable version ------------------------- No installation, just one single executable. Just put it where you like and go. I'm having an issue while trying to import mp3s for mixing, I can always add one track flawlessly, but when I try to add a second, ableton becomes non responisive....just wondering if others are having this issue, or if its possibly my hardware, any help would be appreciated!

in the sounds file most of my samples and sounds are visable but they are blank, if i try to add them to a track or play them there is no sound, anybody know why this is?
