It's an update. Siterips almost always contain the old content as well as the new content. Think of it as a 'mirror' of what the website was on 2/17/09. :)

Well that's the point of a siterip. It's supposed to be as if you were browsing the actual website. The only changes I make to the siterip is that I add the Start_ file and add some news in there, but other than that it's 1:1 to the actual site.
