From the tracklist, it is either the 1990 Rykodisc/EMI edition or the 24-bit remastered edition the same companies released afterwards.
I'd really like to know if this is the remastered edition or not.

I downloaded the artwork, but it doesn't provide a clue. It's not real scans from the album, it's a collection of very small (100x100 or so) thumbnails of the different covers this album's had.
