Okey guys. For all of you with "drunken cam" problems..
What you need to do is to go into you Device Manager and
disable your current Network adapter. Make sure you are not connected
to internet. After that lunch Rockstar Games Social Club from desktop.
Click "Skip Login" after that click "play" then the "You are not currently
logged into Social Club" window pops up. Now to the IMPORTANT part:
go back to your Device Manager and enable your network adapter. after
that click "Ok".
when you come into the game you will se that the social club is conected.
