I will ask in this torrent too - did you remember to include an appropriate version of the Kerio Offline Outlook Connector?
You can only get the latest version of it from Kerio's website, and they're up to v6.7 now, which doesn't work with v6.6 of the server.

Also, downloading now but just incase anyone doesn't know, remember to turn off Automatic Updates for Kerio otherwise you may have licensing issues every couple of days.
Kerio Administrator->Configuration->Advanced Options->Update checker->Untick Automatically check for new versions.
That was an issue in 6.6.0. It's probably still an issue with 6.6.2.

As far as the expired registration problem goes, a daily restarting of the kerio mailserver definitely works. Of course, you also have to uncheck the automatic update checks in the Kerio Administrator.
