Okay I downloaded and installed the game but then I try to run it im getting the error: "This application has failed to start because XINPUT1_3.dll was not fount. Re-installing the application may fix this problem" reinstalled just incase. not helping

Update: I found a new patch by Reloaded (I can't put a link here because of how PB blocks comments with links that aren't in an "allowed" list) that works perfectly fine.
Try googling "borderlands 1.3.1 reloaded" and the first link has a bunch of links to download it.
I can't say they are all safe though, I have only tried one that did work, so be careful.

Borderlands.exe - System Error "The program can't start because d3dx9_41.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." Any help? Okay so I'm new to all this and it may sound dumb but I need help. I mounted it with Daemon Tools and every time I try to run it a setup wizzard comes up and gives me the option to modify, repair, or remove. I have no idea how to make the game work. Help please?
