3D World CD Issue 115

Welcome to the CD for 3D World issue 115. A varied selection of content this issue includes character head models from 3d02 and a foosball table showing the standard of content from ShineFX, along with 15 textures (with specular and normal maps) from TexturePortal and 20 WAV sound effects from SoundScalpel.
