Nope,every single activator leads to bootsector error at startup on my computer. It says something about boot.ini and then i'll have to boot from vista dvd and use the bootsect to restore things...If anyone (especially No_religion) can solve the problem then i'm amazed!!

Disable the boot screen by typing 'msconfig' in to the search bar and hit 'Enter'. Click on the 'Boot' tab at the top. Untick (uncheck) the box 'No GUI Boot'. Click on OK and you're done.

Ok, I'll tell you the whole story so you judge what is relevant? First I have the ACER ASPIRE 5715z model of laptop. Yes, I am using normal retail version of Vista 64bit version. I have installed it without serial number and I've also unchecked when it says to try to activate via internet bla, bla. Once when the installation was finished, I'd create account without password and set not to update at the moment. Ok, Vista was properly installed, I've disabled UAC, restarted the computer and after the boot was finished, applied your crack running it as admin. Success none. I have also tried your pre-cracked copy of Vista as a fresh install but with the same results. I also have desktop computer with Vista and your crack applied and it works perfectly. Now, on forums I've read some say that it is a matter of BIOS, something like the HDD password is frozen, but I don't want to fuck with that and to fuck the computer entirely. I've also tried with Vista loader ver. 3 and it won't work too. And with a whole bunch of other cracks with no success. As you can see I am desperate. If you can help me, help me now. Yes, it seems like your bios doesn't support the tables needed for this crack to work. You may, instead, have to use a timer stop crack.

Man, I forgot to tell you. I have used that too. BUT WITH THE SAME RESULTS!!!. I obviosly bought a bull shit of the computer, wouldn't you say. It seems that I have only two solutions for this one. To downgrade to XP (wireless doesen't work under it), or to buy Vista orginal (in my country the cost of the ULTIMATE is about 300 EUR cost only). Thanks anyway man. But if you find any solution for this please inform me.

Yes i know that...But that's the text at startup and then it says that windows is not properly installed and i'll have to restore the bootsector with bootsect.exe.I've tried many activators with home premium 32bit and ultimate 64bit with same results...I had xp on my computer earlier and then i manually removed it.I thought maybe there's still some xp-files on my computer and i tried to find boot.ini,but it appears there's no such file or any other xp-files on my computer...(and I DIDN'T USE windows search! XD) So i don't know what the hell i should do!!Maybe i'll just walk to the store and pay 280?...NOOOT!!

SORRY MY BAD!I had some sort of backup file made by Windows XP which included boot.ini!I deleted that and voila, VISTA ACTIVATED!SO THANK YOU No_Religion!!

No man. The first Vista I have installed on it was your pre-cracked copy. But in time when I bought it there was Linux Limpus or something as OS (I don't know much about Linux so I cannot tell you what is it).
