Axxo is a DVD ripper, one of many. FXG, FxM, DUQA and NewArtRiot* are a few to name. Rippers puts in rented or bought DVD's and make them in DivX format, puts it up on the web for you to download and enjoy. Remember however you're getting it for free, so don't go around saying "Quality sucks" or anything similiar.
*=NewArtRiot uploads in H.264 movies. These movies has a higher quality and a higher resolution. It is MP4, so you won't be able to play it on your DVD, unless it says "MP4 Compatible".
You can however watch it on your computer.
An H.264 movie at about 90 minutes is around 750 mb to 800 mb.
