Subtitles don't work with Video Lan player, they just show what chapter you're watching.

This is one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen!!! Thank you so much for the excellent quality upload!! =)
It is a very large file - there were a few glitches while I was watching but only a few. I am playing this off a Dual Core PC with 4Gb Ram, and I think if you were running off a computer with less RAM, you might have problems, and you may be better off looking for a smaller torrent - 1Gb divx or something?
Satsumomo, the info says Eng.Jap.DUB... i suppose that means its an english dubbing of an original Japanese language film. I could see no sub/srt file.
Having said all this, such an amazing film I will buy the DVD ;) rrare to see such a gem!

Ok, for all of you having trouble (as I did) here's the soultion: Change the extention ".m4v" to ".mp4" and it will play smoothly (tested in Media Player Classic Home Cinema, I'm sure VLC will work too).
This is Apple codec bullshit (no offense to the sweet uploader) but the at least the solution is simple.

The first few minutes are glitched, then the movie starts again withouth glitching, but the audio is shifted. I changed the shift to 2785 ms and it seemed to be aligned properly.
Due to the shift and the glitch at the begininning, I would have to mess aroound with the files, so I watched it in English instead.
