Update I got the english subtitles working and instead of just japanese playing i have all the languages playing at the same time...because a movie in one language is just boring...oh gawd so confused!

Tried it in WMP with the K-Lite codec pack. All it did was add the English subtitles, it still played all three languages. I tried selecting the audio pack, but there was only one.
I then tried it in VLC and got an three languages.
tl;dr VLC works, WMP doesn't.

To the people who hear all 3 languages in the video at the same time (with Windows Media Player):
If you download Haali Media Splitter, you can change the audio track very easily. Just right-click the Haali icon in the system tray and choose your language. (By default, Windows Media Player doesn't differentiate between multiple audio tracks).

Sorry, I forgot to say thank you to the uploader for this.
Also, to the person who said the subs are gibberish - the subs are fine. This video includes 14 languages. The reason you saw "gibberish" is that the subs that you saw were in a language that's not installed on your computer.
You have to go into your video player's menu and CHOOSE the language you want.
