Worked fine for me..
1. Install it
2. Get the Audition from the crack folder/copy it.
3. Paste it into C:/Program Files/Adobe/Adobe Audition 3.0.
4. Right click the thing you just pasted, it should be blue once you paste it.
5. Select "Send to> Desktop"
6. Run it from desktop =-D
