Stardock DeskScapes

This is the very popular Deskscapes. I know that this is free frombut it has a very slow download speed. This is Deskscapes 1.0 (or 1.02 dunno). But the point is, that as mentioned at the end there, it requires Vista Ultimate. It also requires you have the dreamscene ultimate add on installed to work. Really kinda funny, when you have both of those, Deskscapes is a bit of a third nipple. It does add a few features though. They do have Dreamscene 2.0 out now that supports most versions of vista, but I can't find a torrent for it to save my life. They have a free version, but it only allows you to use 3 pre-bundled animated desktops.

You can't find the torrent because it's not been released yet. Stardock only released a preview of 2.0, with the 3 dreams, and only those 3 can be used. Supposedly the full version is due for release on the 31st of March, in conjunction with Object Desktop 2008. But it's really just a matter of waiting.

:o) Thank you so much, it works great on Vista, and i was able to install all my xp animated wallpapers as well as go to their site and get 3 new animated wallpapers for free.

I didn't download this version, since I'm not sure if it's 1.02 or not, but I'm a vista ultimate x64 user, and I already have the Dreamscenes installed through windows, but I also wanted to be able to use .Dream files which requires deskscapes.. I tried a couple versions of 2.0, but none of them have successful reg cracks or serials, so I went to version 1.02, and it works perfectly! It's definitely the best way for vista ultimate users to go. If you have a different vista or OS altogether, you'll have to deal with the annoying registration message,since you have to use 2.0, and there's no good crack for it at this time.
