maybe they are not seeding because they have been threatned with legal action by their isp's like i have.are you going to pay my legal fee's?

If you are worried about legal problems then DON'T DOWNLOAD. Then you won' have any possible legal fees.
I am not talking about seeding forever. Just share at least the same amount that someone else shared with you. Don't be a parasite.
