All the prominent anti-vurus/spyware/adware/malware programs say the file is clean. besides if you are worried about the keygen then i would suggest you install a free prog. like sandboxie and run the keygen inside sandboxie.the beauty of sandbox is that even if the keygen is infected, it won't infect the PC.

Yes it works as far as being able to activate real-time monitoring (as opposed to only polling every x minutes like in free version).
Trying to use the Plus info function will result in a message from the WinPatrol website basically politely telling u that they know u r using a cracked version etc etc..
Fortunately WinPatrol will keep working minus the Pus info function.
