And as if all of this is not enough, Lilly is forced to rush to the aid of her little brother LEON, who recklessly places himself directly in harm's way... Lugu sellest, kuidas vana nõia jaoks muutub elu tema armsas ja ilusas kodus ohtlikuks ning seiklusterohkeks! Üks vana ja vastik võlur püüab tungida Vana Nõia majja, et varastada sealt nõiaraamat. Selle plaani nurjab küll draakon Hektor, aga Vana Nõid peab leidma endale järglase - nõiaraamatu kaitsja. Nii saabubki draakon paraja mürgli ning nõiaraamatu saatel väikese nõia Lilli majja. Lilli katsetused nõiakunsti omandamises raamatu abil tekitavad algul suurt segadust - tuba täitub ahvidega, kes muutuvad kitsedeks, ning klassiruumist saab bassein! Draakonil tekib hirm, et nii ei saa Lillist kunagi Vana Nõia järglast ega nõiaraamatu kaitsjat. Samal ajal aga sepitseb õel võlur plaani, kuidas saada enda kätte nii nõiaraamat kui orjastada kogu maailm oma teenistusse.
