Does this require full iso program to make? Does it have serial numbers to use?

works fine for me once I deactivated it. I had to set back the clock to 2008 and put in a new serial. it was confusing a little bit because I realized the 64bit dll file is only for photoshop and the 32bit is for the rest programs.
