I don't do the rips, TheLathe. If you don't like the audio bitrate, look elsewhere.

Well, not meaning to be unappreciative mate; I AM thankful for all the work you do and the excellent films you provide. I wasn't aware that you did not make the rips yourself either...
It's just that, when a person DOES have a choice and can keep some semblance of the full HD audio, when it doesn't take up that much more room it just doesn't make sense to water down the audio quality from lossless to 448, that's all.
Also, for this particular BR, the reviews stated that the picture quality is pretty rough, but that the lossless audio was quite good. So, thus my disappointment.
Sorry though to complain; I really shouldn't...
