DeVeDe is a program to create video DVDs and CDs (VCD, SVCD or CVD), suitable for DVD players, from any number of video files. Many different video formats are supported (mpeg, mpeg4, avi, asf, youtube and google flash videos, wmv, ogg, etc...). DeVeDe is an open source program and is free for all use. Version 3.12.2 fixes an error in the installation package that was in 3.12.1. Defaults to 5 minutes per chapter. o Specify video file is already DVD suitable MPEG-PS file o Use a GOP of 12 frames (this improves compatibility) o Option to specify extra parameters for mencoder (DeVeDe back end)
