Allegra28 -- I haven't seen this D/L yet, but the other one (power sculpt?) game me the same problem; which I resolved by playing around with the options. It seems you have the choice of doing the work-out with or without instruction. Maybe it's the same thing here.

ya, you have to select audio track 2 in the options.

If you burn to DVD you may have to also create a blank directory called AUDIO_TS to get a readable burn on some writing programs.
