Pls don't install both, only install either one of it. Basically the internet security comes with the firewall, thereas the antivirus alone don't. So, make your choice on which one to install. :)

Licence key is no longer valid. When you try to update is says "The licence key for this product is invalid." Tried on antivirus alone and internet security alone, both have same problem.

before installing make sure you remove any exiting avast security completely first,
i have also had a friend to test this out about 2 hours ago and he had no problems at all and will still update - expires 27-01-2011

I know this aint no solution, but download the free version & use a client serial off chattchitto's avast 4.8 and you have the free version registred untill 2038 !!

It worked for me. had to move the patch file to the software folder then move the license files from the key folder to the patch file after coping it to the software file. Then I picked the option that I already had a licenses,opened up the patch file and picked 1 of the 2 license and it registured and is good until 2011. Thanks K-kid
