Thank you very much.For *NIX user install uif2iso
$sudo apt-get install uif2iso
$uif2iso "(VTC) Video - PHP Programming Basics.uif" php_programming_basics.iso
simply follow the command uif2iso with file.uif (input) with file.iso (output)
