THIS AVI IS EXCELLENT QUATITY WITH VLC;
BUT it is not a conformant video stream, and neither DirectShow ( WMP,MP ) nor the standard Hardware player (WDTV,PCH) play it..
TsMuxer, TMPGEncExpress refuse to read it and BUG. Apparently ther e are two incoherent parameters for the fps ( 23.97 _ then 25 elsewhere

"Good quality" my ass. Non standard non compliant XVID with a screwy 23.976215 framerate and illegal/unsupported GMC [Global Motion Compensation], hardware players will choke on this. Blocky as hell, too; stop seeding this and pick a better version!
