you rock man!! you explain how to do the whole crack/patch thing perfect !!! otherwise i'd be lost. i have noticed that for some programs i have to disconnect from the net to use them anytime (dpg converter for example) yet even with that it just -recommends- that you register. haven't learned how to firewall these connections yet. nero becomes a problem alot. if any info lemme know. I couldn't get this to work at all. I'm not saying don't download it, because it's a good torrent, with a quick DL, and people seem to like it, but I can't figure out what the hell I'm supposed to do.
I've run the installer, and it's installed. Then, I run the .EXE and come to the Registration prompt. I bring up 'activator.exe' and activate, but nothing happens.
I've tried using 'activator.exe' in every possible way, but it simply doesn't work.

That's the bottom of the readme.
There is NO useful information whatsoever in this readme. No instructions at all.
Also, people keep referring to files that aren't included. I received no 'keygen.exe'.
Once the file unRARs, there are five things:
A folder with 'patch.exe' in it.
A folder with 'activator.exe' in it.
a 'Plugins' folder
The Vegas installer
The Readme
Not only that, but when I open Vegas, it goes straight to a Serial Number prompt, and there's no way for me to find out what the Serial Number is.

Having issue using SV pro 9.0, i'm attempting to import a video file (mov, mp4, mpeg, avi, wmv etc.) to the project, message pops up says 'Warning: An error occured while opening one or more files. The file is an unsupported format."
I've used total video converter, hoping SV would read a different format, no luck there.
