Thanks for the great torrent. I will be very grateful if you would please let us know how to open the .pdb files. My computer tries to use a 'Protein Database Viewer' usually used to open 3D protein sequences. Obviously this is wrong but I tried couple of other programs such as 'Access' and varius 'universal' file viewers without luck.

jivkos, PDB files from this torrent are opened only by one reader, so called "iSilo" which is a payware, you google it. It has a free crippled version that does not show images, does not follow "bookmarks" (links in the document) and nags you often to "register", meaning cough up the money for the full version. Full version costs ?15 (US$20). Other means to read this format such as yBook or Palm Reader fail.

jivkos - pdb files were intended to be read on handheld devices made by palm; pdb in this case stands for palm database. The program HelmuthK mentions (iSilo) is great for opening and reading pdb files on a Windows machine. No telling what would happen if you searched TPB for this program... -Co59

Ok, so here is what I have found so far. I haven't started downloading this torrent, but thought that a quick search into .pdb documents might tell me to go further on. There a some softwares (have verified none) that I came across. The most legit I am thinking is Aportis Doc Converter for having your Windows read .pdb files. If not that, I saw a couple others suggesting iSilo (CO59), intuit quicken (yahoo answers) or simply any PDB emulator. I am not at all sure if these work, it's just a search, but I'll be glad if it will have helped anyone. In case someone gets to know abd use this softwares, do reply on here, I'll be waiting. Thanks, and thanks CO59, I appreciate that you are satisfying this unrequited UG's desires. Thanks a good bunch. (I've posted this comment on the other two downloads too.)
