Hey i downloaded and installed ur call of duty 4 torrent then downloaded these patches and installed them when i try to open single player it says please insert dvd rom disc or something like that and when i try to open multiplayer it says iw3mp.exe has stop working idk what i did wrong?

if you had a mic plugged into the computer and not have it in longer it can sit ''iw3mp.exe stopped working'' I have had the same problem once but when I switched into the mic again worked perfectly again: D
