People are particularly stupid around here.
It is obvious without even downloading that this is Galactic Civilizations ONE, not TWO and it does NOT REQUIRE a serial to play. Only to update (at least GalCiv 2 is like this).

Sometimes I wonder if they have an overgrown tumor instead of brain.
