Hi JayRay Thanks for the groovy movie The Great Race.
I don`t hope that you feel, that I take advantage of your excellent knowledge of films, but you helped me with Weekend At Bernies, so I hope you can help me find the titles of two other films-
Film no. 1: It`s about three boys that built a spaceship out of some junk.
They manage to fly to another planet and they meet some weird,funny and sweet creatures that are wild about our planet ´- culture, films and music. They play f.x. BEATLES on very big screens - In fact they play almost everything even the NEWS and they are a very lovable specie. It is a VERY entertaining and funny film.
Film no.2 It is about an extremely intelligent boy, and as far as I remember, he is sent to a kind of lab, where they examine him and he lives in the lab - His parents is rather worried, but also very interested in their son and visit him often. Unfortunately I don`t remember so very much at the moment. But the film is very interesting - above average.

I remember seeing this film when I was a little boy. My father used to take me to the movies and I guess I saw this film at least a couple of times...couse I loved the spactacular things i contained...

I am french and when I was 14, the producers ask in my school many children for the final scene under the Eiffel tower, so I played a boy in this film and remember well Natalie wood with whom I spoke some minuts under the iron lady and she signed me an autograph... Many old cars from a club where there, a nice and sunny day, a sunday to be precise, but theay are not in appearing in the film, cars of the 1900 years... This day is a great souvenir and this film too ! Fabien

JayRay, I just wanted to say thank you!
Your selection of movies is wonderful and my family thinks that I am doing them a huge favor! My family had a lot of older movies like this one and many others in your library on VHS. Well, they're from the coast and when hurricane Ike hit a few years back, many of their things were destroyed, including their VHS and DVD collection. I am slowly but surely rebuilding it for them, so thank you for the help!
